As a Gardening Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing gardening activities, managing gardening teams, and ensuring the maintenance and enhancement of outdoor landscapes.

Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field from a reputable institution. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrate proficiency in gardening tasks, including plant care, landscaping, and garden maintenance.
• Present excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate gardening activities effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with gardening teams and communicate with clients professionally.
• Showcase proficiency in gardening tools and techniques, with the ability to provide guidance and training to gardening staff as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing gardening team members in various gardening tasks, such as planting, pruning, weeding, and watering, to ensure the health and beauty of outdoor landscapes.
• Coordinating gardening activities, including scheduling tasks, allocating resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Communicating with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences, providing recommendations, and ensuring client satisfaction with gardening services.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as landscaping and maintenance, to ensure the overall upkeep and enhancement of outdoor spaces.
• Monitoring garden inventory and equipment, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating maintenance and repair activities as needed.
