As a Remedial Staff member, you will be responsible for managing and executing remedial actions to address various issues and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable university.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a remedial or problem-solving role, showcasing a proven track record of effective issue resolution.
• Present a strong portfolio that highlights experience in managing remedial actions and implementing corrective measures.
• Exhibit expert knowledge of problem-solving processes, industry best practices, and familiarity with relevant laws, regulations, and quality standards.
• Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to address issues while maintaining operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage remedial activities, including identifying issues, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Adjust remediation strategies to align with organizational needs and project requirements, demonstrating flexibility to address evolving challenges.
