As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, organizing equipment, and ensuring that all kitchen operations meet health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent from a reputable institution.
  • Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in hospitality or food & beverage.
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and food safety protocols.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including floors, equipment, and countertops, ensuring that the kitchen is ready for operations.
  • Wash, sanitize, and store dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
  • Assist in organizing kitchen equipment and ensuring that all items are properly stored and accessible when needed.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain a smooth workflow, ensuring that clean equipment and tools are always available.
  • Follow health and safety regulations to ensure compliance and create a safe working environment.
