Job Summary:

We are looking for a PMO professional with strong banking domain exposure to support project governance, planning, reporting, and delivery oversight for Bank initiatives. The role involves coordinating across business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with regulatory and governance standards.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in PMO / Project Management within the banking domain.
  • Strong understanding of banking processes, regulatory, and governance frameworks.
  • Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Support project planning, scheduling, and tracking across banking programs.
  • Prepare and maintain project dashboards, MIS, and status reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Track risks, issues, dependencies, and actions, ensuring timely escalation.
  • Ensure adherence to MUFG project governance, compliance, and reporting standards.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to support smooth delivery.
