As a Senior Account Manager, you will drive growth by winning and expanding staffing business with Global Capability Centers, combining new business acquisition with strategic account development across technology and non-technology hiring.


What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed


Business Development & New Logo Acquisition

  • Identify, target, and penetrate Global Capability Centers across industries including IT, Digital, Engineering, BFSI, captives, and product companies
  • Build and execute structured account entry strategies to engage CHROs, Talent Heads, TA leaders, and business stakeholders
  • Drive new staffing opportunities across permanent hiring, contract or temporary staffing, and RPO or project-based hiring where applicable
  • Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting and solutioning to pricing, negotiation, and successful closure of deals


Account Management & Growth

  • Manage and expand strategic GCC accounts, increasing wallet share across functions and geographies
  • Position yourself as a trusted advisor by providing insights on talent market trends, hiring models, and workforce planning
  • Collaborate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure quality, speed, and client satisfaction
  • Track account performance, revenue pipelines, and forecasts to maintain consistent growth


Market & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Maintain strong awareness of GCC market trends, expansions, and new centre setups
  • Build and sustain relationships with CXOs, HR leaders, TA heads, and procurement stakeholders
  • Represent the organisation at industry forums, networking events, and GCC-focused engagements


We'd Love to Hear From You If...


Experience

  • You have 10 or more years of experience in staffing sales or account management
  • You have demonstrated success in selling staffing solutions to GCCs or captive centres
  • You have a proven track record of opening new accounts and building business from the ground up


Technical Expertise

  • You have a strong understanding of permanent and contract staffing models
  • You understand GCC hiring structures and decision-making processes
  • You bring an existing network of GCC clients or relationships
  • You have experience selling technology, digital, engineering, or niche skill staffing is advantageous
  • You have exposure to multi-country GCC engagements across India, Middle East, APAC, or the US is advantageous
