As an Automation Developer (RPA), you will deliver workflow-based automation solutions within a banking environment, contributing immediately to high-impact automation initiatives with a focus on rapid deployment and optimisation.


What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

  • Develop and support automation solutions using the bank's automation platforms to enable efficient business processes
  • Design and implement workflow-based logic to deliver reliable and scalable automation outcomes
  • Integrate automation solutions with APIs and databases to ensure seamless data flow across systems
  • Contribute to code optimisation, database integration, and deployment activities to improve performance and stability
  • Follow established automation standards, architecture, and best practices to ensure consistency and quality
  • Collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders to deliver automation outcomes aligned with business needs
  • Execute tasks with strong attention to detail and adherence to defined instructions and processes

Experience

  • You have at least 2 years of experience working with the bank's automation platforms


Technical Expertise

  • You have a strong understanding of workflow-based logic
  • You have knowledge of APIs and databases
  • You hold platform-specific certifications for automation platforms used
  • You are familiar with Appian, Appian RPA, or UiPath
  • You have experience with UiPath version 2022.10 or later
  • You have experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • You have knowledge of C#, VB.NET, Python, or related technologies
  • You are familiar with UiPath architecture and ReFramework
  • You have experience in code optimisation, database integration, and deployment within UiPath
  • You are familiar with database management systems such as SQL Server or MySQL
  • You have knowledge of AI technologies such as Intelligent Document Processing is advantageous
