Transformation Delivery & PMO
- Drive execution of AI and digital initiatives across multiple workstreams
- Manage workplans, timelines, dependencies, risks, and issue resolution
- Support governance routines, including working sessions and senior reviews
Cross-Functional Execution
- Work closely with business, technology, data, and vendor teams to deliver outcomes
- Support solution rollout, testing, and performance tracking across channels (e.g. telesales, app, chatbot, retail)
Stakeholder Coordination
- Act as the day-to-day coordination point across internal and external stakeholders
- Prepare concise updates and materials for leadership
- Facilitate workshops and alignment discussions
Change & Adoption
- Support change management, communications, and adoption tracking
- Work on the ground with frontline teams to understand and address operational realities
Skills/Experience:
We are looking for a candidate with Ex-Consultant / Consulting Background
- 2–5 years of consulting experience from firms such as Big 4, Accenture, or similar, preferably with experience in telecommunication / tech industries.
- Strong PMO and execution skills (planning, tracking, stakeholder coordination)
- Structured analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills; able to synthesize complexity into clear messages
- Comfort with short-term contracts or project-based assignments
- Experience working in cross-functional agile teams, especially in pilot/test-and-learn environments.
- Exposure to digital, analytics, AI, or large-scale business transformation initiatives is a plus
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu; other local languages are advantageous
