About the job Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you will lead end-to-end hiring initiatives in India while supporting broader recruitment efforts across the APAC region, driving efficient and high-quality talent acquisition outcomes.


What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing through to onboarding, ensuring timely and effective hiring outcomes
  • Proactively source, screen, and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones to support regional hiring needs
  • Maintain ATS systems, trackers, dashboards, and hiring reports to ensure accuracy, visibility, and data-driven decision-making
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines to support both current and future hiring requirements
  • Engage stakeholders effectively to align hiring strategies with business needs and ensure smooth recruitment execution


We'd Love to Hear From You If...


Experience

  • You have at least 6 years of recruitment experience, primarily within the Banking and Financial Services domain
  • You have experience supporting hiring in areas such as lending and payments is preferred
  • You have demonstrated ability to manage recruitment independently in India


Technical Expertise

  • You have hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms
  • You have a good understanding of talent markets across India, Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, and Australia is preferred


Ways of Working

  • You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • You are able to manage recruitment processes independently with accountability for outcomes
  • You are organised and detail-oriented in managing recruitment data and reporting
