About the job Developer - Tungsten Total Agility
As a Total Agility Developer, you will design, develop, and maintain business process automation solutions using Tungsten/Kofax Total Agility. You will collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to deliver robust workflow solutions that drive operational efficiency, integrating with enterprise systems and cloud services where required.
What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed
Solution Design & Development
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Tungsten/Kofax Total Agility (v8, 2026.1 and above).
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and workflows.
- Develop custom forms, business rules, and scripts to enhance workflow capabilities.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise existing Total Agility solutions.
Integration & Cloud Enablement
- Integrate Total Agility with enterprise systems and applications.
- Connect Total Agility with Azure cloud services for AI‑based solution development.
- Develop and maintain APIs and web service integrations.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Provide technical support and training to end‑users and stakeholders.
- Document solution designs, configurations, and processes.
- Stay updated with trends and best practices in business process automation and Kofax technologies.
We'd Love to Hear From You If...
Experience
- You have 8–10 years of relevant experience in IT or software development.
- You have proven experience developing solutions with Tungsten/Kofax Total Agility.
- You have experience in financial services or insurance (preferred).
Technical Expertise
- You have strong understanding of business process management (BPM) concepts.
- You are proficient in .NET, C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
- You have experience with web services, APIs, and system integrations.
- You hold Tungsten/Kofax Total Agility certification (preferred).

Qualifications
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
