Senior Application Systems Analyst

Role Overview

As a Senior Application Systems Analyst, you will analyze legacy application architectures and assess application-layer interactions with the underlying database environment. You will evaluate runtime behaviors and identify architectural constraints within monolithic application environments.

Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

• Analyzing legacy monolithic application architectures

• Assessing tightly coupled application-to-database designs

• Reviewing and troubleshooting Oracle Forms and Reports runtime environments

• Evaluating Oracle Forms-integrated database environments

• Conducting non-intrusive code pattern and runtime behavior analysis in production environments

• Supporting application-layer findings as part of a broader cross-layer system assessment

Required Experience

The proposed Senior Application Systems Analyst must demonstrate:

• Hands-on experience analyzing legacy monolithic application architectures

• Experience assessing tightly coupled application-to-database designs

• Experience reviewing and troubleshooting Oracle Forms and Reports runtime environments

• Experience in Oracle Forms-integrated database environments

• Familiarity with Ruby on Rails components (where applicable to AISIS stack)

• Ability to conduct non-intrusive code pattern and runtime behavior analysis in production environments
