Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Pega applications, including Pega Email Bot, Pega CLM, and Customer Service.
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain Pega PRPC applications, including case management, decision management, and integration with other systems.
  • Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure quality.
  • Adhere to best practices and coding standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega development, working on various projects and modules.
  • Must be a certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
  • Strong understanding of Pega's core concepts, including case management, decision management, and integration
  • Proven expertise in developing and implementing solutions with:
    • Pega Email Bot for intelligent email processing and automation.
    • Pega CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) to manage customer onboarding and KYC processes.
    • Pega Customer Service for seamless, end-to-end customer interaction management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
