As a Pega Developer, you will design, develop, and implement Pega applications that drive intelligent automation and customer engagement. You will translate business requirements into technical solutions, deliver high‑quality applications, and ensure adherence to best practices while working independently and collaboratively across teams.
What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications, including Pega Email Bot, Pega CLM, and Customer Service.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Pega PRPC applications covering case management, decision management, and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently to maintain application stability.
- Perform unit, integration, and system testing to ensure solution quality.
- Apply coding standards and best practices consistently across all deliverables.
We'd Love to Hear From You If...
Experience
- You have at least 7 years of hands‑on experience in Pega development across diverse projects and modules.
- You hold certification as a Senior System Architect (CSSA).
Technical Expertise
- You have strong knowledge of Pega's core concepts, including case management, decision management, and integration.
- You have proven expertise in implementing solutions with:
- Pega Email Bot for intelligent email processing and automation.
- Pega CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) for customer onboarding and KYC processes.
- Pega Customer Service for end‑to‑end customer interaction management.
