Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement Pega applications, including Pega Email Bot, Pega CLM, and Customer Service.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain Pega PRPC applications, including case management, decision management, and integration with other systems.
- Independently troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing to ensure quality.
- Adhere to best practices and coding standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in Pega development, working on various projects and modules.
- Must be a certified Senior System Architect (CSSA).
- Strong understanding of Pega's core concepts, including case management, decision management, and integration
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing solutions with:
- Pega Email Bot for intelligent email processing and automation.
- Pega CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) to manage customer onboarding and KYC processes.
- Pega Customer Service for seamless, end-to-end customer interaction management.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
