Role

This is a senior leadership role responsible for bringing GCC staffing business from scratch, building strategic entry into Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and scaling permanent and contract staffing revenues.

The role requires a market-facing leader with:

  • Proven GCC access
  • Ability to open doors at CHRO / TA Head / GCC Head level
  • Experience building staffing revenues in MSP / panel-driven environments

Key Responsibilities

GCC Market Entry & Revenue Ownership

  • Own the GCC staffing revenue charter (perm + contract + project staffing)
  • Identify, target, and penetrate new and existing GCCs across India and the Middle East
  • Build entry strategies for:
    • New GCC setups
    • Expanding captive centers
    • Mature GCCs with existing MSPs
  • Personally drive first wins, anchor accounts, and flagship logos

Senior Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and leverage relationships with:
    • CHROs
    • Heads of Talent Acquisition
    • GCC Heads / COOs
    • Procurement & Vendor Management Teams
  • Position the organization as a strategic talent partner, not a transactional staffing vendor
  • Lead executive-level conversations around workforce strategy, niche skills, and scalability

Staffing Business Build & Scale

  • Define and execute GCC-specific staffing go-to-market strategy
  • Drive growth across:
    • Permanent staffing
    • Contract / contingent workforce
    • Niche / specialized skill hiring (AI, Digital, Engineering, BFSI tech, etc.)
  • Establish preferred vendor / panel status with target GCCs
  • Build scalable pipelines in collaboration with delivery teams

Leadership & Team Building

  • Build and mentor GCC-focused sales and account teams
  • Coach teams on:
    • GCC buying behavior
    • MSP navigation
    • Stakeholder mapping and deal closure
  • Partner with recruitment leadership to align delivery capability with GCC demand

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

  • Track GCC market trends, expansions, and investment patterns
  • Represent the firm at GCC forums, industry events, and CXO roundtables
  • Provide leadership inputs into pricing, margins, and commercial models

Key Success Metrics

  • GCC logos acquired
  • Revenue generated from GCC staffing (perm & contract)
  • Panel / MSP wins
  • Wallet share growth in anchor accounts
  • Predictable, scalable sales pipeline

Required Experience & Profile

Must-Have

  • 15+ years of experience in staffing / talent solutions sales
  • Proven success in selling staffing services to GCCs / Captive Centers
  • Demonstrated ability to open doors and close large staffing engagements
  • Strong understanding of:
    • MSP ecosystems
    • Vendor panels
    • GCC hiring cycles and TA decision-making
  • Experience selling both permanent and contract staffing

Highly Desirable

  • Existing GCC decision-maker network
  • Track record of building new revenue lines, not just inheriting accounts
