Data & Analytics Test Engineer

As a Data & Analytics Test Engineer, you will validate data pipelines, analytics solutions, and Power BI dashboards to ensure they deliver accurate, reliable, and high‑quality outcomes for business users.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Testing & Validation

• Perform functional, SIT, UAT, and regression testing activities across analytics solutions.
• Validate ETL/ELT processes and data transformations to ensure data integrity.
• Validate Power BI reports and dashboards against business requirements.
• Perform data reconciliation and accuracy checks across data sources and outputs.

Defect Management & Collaboration

• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers and business users to investigate and resolve issues.
• Support test execution activities and reporting.

Experience

• You have 3+ years of experience in software, data, or analytics testing.

Technical Expertise

• You have experience with ETL/data pipeline testing.
• You have experience testing Power BI reports and dashboards.
• You have good SQL and data validation skills.
• You understand SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
