As a Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee maintenance and support services for OpenShift pipeline engineering across ACC and AOP applications, ensuring that platform uptime and performance targets are consistently met. You will manage support teams across L1, L2, and L3, coordinate with stakeholders and vendors, and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

  • Manage service performance to meet pipeline uptime metrics and SLAs, analysing performance data and initiating improvements.
  • Oversee incident and problem management, ensuring root‑cause analyses and corrective actions are performed promptly.
  • Coordinate support teams (L1–L3) to provide seamless OpenShift platform support, and engage with ACC/AOP application owners for alignment.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence to ITIL and DevOps best practices.
  • Communicate service status, risks, and improvement plans to stakeholders and vendors, acting as the primary point of contact.

Experience

  • You have at least five years in IT service delivery or operations management.
  • You have experience leading cloud or OpenShift support teams.

Technical Expertise

  • You understand Red Hat OpenShift and container orchestration.
  • You are experienced with CI/CD pipelines.
  • You are proficient in ITIL frameworks and DevOps practices.

Assignment Details

  • Contract Duration: 1 year (1 Jul 2026 – 30 Jun 2027)
  • Shift: 16×5 business hours (10:00 AM – 1:00 AM PHT) with 24×7 on‑call coverage during weekends
