Channel Operations specialist

As a Channel Operations Specialist, you will collaborate with regional and global teams to manage channel sales and inventory data, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective reporting. You will play a key role in supporting Asia-Pacific channel operations, driving data integration, and contributing to tool intelligence and data visualisation enhancements.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Data Management & Reporting

• Collaborate with business partners to gather channel sales and inventory data with accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide integration services and generate reports to support regional sales and operational teams.
• Perform daily maintenance of the regional channel data platform and assist in converting digital reports.
• Organise and analyse business data to meet operational requirements.

Operations & Support

• Oversee daily database operations and respond promptly to user needs to ensure smooth workflow.
• Serve as a liaison between regional and global teams, supporting Asia-Pacific channel projects.
• Contribute to initiatives focused on tool intelligence and data visualisation improvements.

Experience

• You have at least 3 years of experience in data analysis or a background in sales support.
• You have a track record of meeting deadlines and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.

Technical Expertise

• Proficient in data analysis with advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with PBI, SQL, Access, or VBA is an advantage.
• Understanding of business reporting and channel-related processes.
