Dynatrace Implementation Consultant

As a Dynatrace Implementation Consultant, you will deploy, configure, and optimise Dynatrace observability solutions within a banking environment. You will collaborate with infrastructure, application, and operations teams to enhance application performance monitoring, observability, and operational resilience across critical banking systems.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Design & Implementation

• Design, implement, and administer Dynatrace (SaaS/Managed) environments.
• Deploy and manage Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGate across on‑premises, virtual, and cloud platforms.
• Configure monitoring for applications, APIs, databases, middleware, and infrastructure.

Monitoring & Optimisation

• Develop dashboards, alerts, reports, management zones, SLOs, and service monitoring.
• Implement RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, DEM, Smartscape, Service Flow, and Davis AI capabilities.
• Monitor critical banking applications and establish end‑to‑end transaction tracing.
• Conduct performance analysis, root cause investigations, and optimisation recommendations.

Integration & Compliance

• Integrate Dynatrace with enterprise tools such as ServiceNow, Splunk, and Active Directory.
• Ensure compliance with banking security, audit, and regulatory requirements.
• Provide documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational handover support.

We'd Love to Hear From You If...

Experience

• You have 8–10 years of overall IT experience, including at least 5 years of hands‑on Dynatrace implementation.
• You have experience in Banking or Financial Services environments.
• You have worked on large‑scale observability transformation programs.

Technical Expertise

• You have strong knowledge of Dynatrace OneAgent, ActiveGate, Davis AI, Smartscape, RUM, Synthetic Monitoring, Service Flow, and API integrations.
• You are experienced with Windows, Linux, VMware, IIS, Apache, Nginx, Java/.NET applications, and databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL).
• You have experience integrating Dynatrace with ITSM and monitoring platforms.
• You are familiar with Azure, AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, and microservices architectures.
• You hold Dynatrace Associate/Professional certification (preferred).
• ITIL Foundation certification is an advantage.
