As a Full Stack Developer – Advanced, you will design, develop, and troubleshoot secure, high‑quality applications within BFSI enterprise technology projects. You will contribute to backend and cloud solutions, lead technical problem‑solving, and ensure stable, scalable systems while collaborating across teams.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

• Execute standard software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting.
• Write secure, high‑quality code using Java 17 and React with limited guidance.
• Design, develop, code, and troubleshoot with consideration of upstream and downstream systems.
• Apply knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle tools to improve automation value.
• Break down solutions and resolve technical problems of basic complexity.
• Gather, analyse, and draw conclusions from large, diverse datasets to support secure, stable application development.
• Learn and apply system processes, methodologies, and skills for secure, stable code and systems.
• Contribute to a team culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect.

Experience

• You have 12+ years of experience in software development.
• You hold a bachelor's degree.
• You have experience in BFS&I domain projects.

Technical Expertise

• You are proficient in full‑stack development with Java 17, React JS, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• You have hands‑on experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• You are skilled in MongoDB and database querying languages.
• You are familiar with modern front‑end technologies such as Next.JS, Micro Front‑End Architectures, and Vite (advantage).
• You have exposure to NoSQL document databases such as MongoDB (advantage).

Ways of Working

• You are capable of developing, debugging, and maintaining code in large corporate environments.
• You collaborate effectively across teams and demonstrate strong problem‑solving skills.
• You contribute independently while supporting collective success.

Assignment Details
