Role Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Sales Executive / Senior Sales Manager to build and scale ODC (Offshore Development Center) business focused on Data Annotation, Data Labeling, and Scripting services across multiple domains such as Automotive, Medical & Healthcare, Insurance, Sports, Retail, and AI/ML-driven platforms.

This role is ideal for a hunter mindset sales professional who understands AI services, managed teams, and long-term ODC engagements, and can own the full sales lifecycle—from prospecting to deal closure and account growth.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new global clients for ODC-based data annotation and scripting services
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, discovery, solutioning, proposal creation, negotiation, and closure
  • Build multi-year ODC engagements with scalable team sizes and predictable revenue
  • Sell data services including:
    • Image, video, LiDAR, and sensor data annotation
    • Text, NLP, and speech labeling
    • Scripting & automation for data pipelines
    • QA, validation, and data operations support

Domain-Focused Selling

  • Develop vertical-specific sales plays for:
    • Automotive (ADAS, autonomous driving, in-cabin monitoring)
    • Medical & Healthcare (medical imaging, clinical NLP, compliance-driven labeling)
    • Insurance (claims processing, document annotation, fraud detection)
    • Sports & Media (video tagging, player tracking, analytics)
  • Understand domain-specific compliance, quality, and scalability requirements

ODC & Solution Design

  • Work closely with delivery, operations, and pre-sales teams to:
    • Design ODC models (team size, ramp-up, SLAs, pricing)
    • Define engagement structures (managed services, dedicated teams, hybrid models)
  • Ensure smooth transition from sales to delivery

Partnerships & Market Presence

  • Build relationships with:
    • AI/ML product companies
    • System integrators
    • ISVs and hyperscaler ecosystems
  • Represent the company at industry events, AI forums, and client meetings

Account Growth & Revenue Ownership

  • Own revenue targets, pipeline forecasting, and quarterly closures
  • Upsell and cross-sell additional annotation services, domains, and geographies
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor

Required Skills & Experience

Fior Sales Manager

  • 8–15+ years of experience in ODC, IT services, or AI/ML services sales
  • Demonstrated success in closing large, long-term ODC deals
  • Strong CXO-level relationship management skills
  • Experience working with international clients (US, Europe, APAC)

Core Competencies

  • Strong consultative selling and discovery skills
  • Ability to explain AI/ML workflows to business stakeholders
  • Commercial acumen in pricing, margins, and scalability
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
