Job Title: Solutions Designer – Campaign & API Integration

Role Overview

As a Solutions Designer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing integration solutions that support campaign systems and platform connectivity. Your role will ensure that campaign services consume data from new Kafka topics, that integration endpoints are properly designed and updated, and that all changes are validated through structured regression testing.

You will work closely with engineering teams, API developers, and campaign operations stakeholders to ensure the reliability, performance, and stability of campaign-driven systems.

This role requires strong technical understanding of API integrations, messaging systems such as Kafka, and end-to-end system impact analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Responsibilities (Critical to the Role)

Campaign Integration Design

• Design and implement updates to campaign systems to enable consumption from new Kafka topics.

• Analyze existing campaign flows and ensure proper integration with messaging streams.

• Ensure campaign logic and processing flows align with the new data ingestion structure.

Integration Endpoint Design

• Design and update integration endpoints required to support the new campaign integration requirements.

• Ensure endpoints are secure, scalable, and aligned with system architecture standards.

• Work with development teams to validate API behaviors and integration flows.

Regression Testing Oversight

• Oversee and support regression testing for campaigns impacted by integration changes.

• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts across systems.

• Ensure all campaign changes are validated before production deployment.

Additional Responsibilities

• Translate high-level integration requirements into technical solution designs.

• Collaborate with API developers and engineering teams to implement integration changes.

• Conduct solution reviews to ensure alignment with architecture standards.

• Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis related to campaign integrations.

• Document integration designs, technical workflows, and architecture decisions.

• Participate in deployment planning and release readiness activities.

Required Experience

• Experience working with API integrations and backend service design.

• Strong understanding of event-driven architecture and messaging systems (Kafka preferred).

• Experience designing or supporting campaign systems, marketing platforms, or workflow-based applications.

• Experience working with integration endpoints and service interfaces.

• Understanding of regression testing processes and release validation.

• Ability to collaborate across development, testing, and operations teams.
