As a Senior Project Manager (Infrastructure), you will play a pivotal role in leading regional project management across APAC. You will oversee a team of project managers, ensuring successful delivery of infrastructure projects, alignment with corporate objectives, and operational excellence across multiple locations.

What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed

Project Leadership

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise project delivery across regions.
  • Align regional project management practices with organisational goals.
  • Contribute to overall team strategy as a key member of the Project Delivery team.

Project Oversight

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor progress, mitigate risks, and proactively address roadblocks.
  • Establish and maintain standards for project management excellence.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet project objectives.
  • Act as the escalation point for critical project issues.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and regional stakeholders.

Operational Efficiency

  • Analyse and optimise project workflows and resource allocation.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Report regularly on KPIs, project performance, and financial outcomes to executive leadership.
  • Prepare detailed reports for internal and external stakeholders.

We'd Love to Hear From You If...

Experience

  • You have at least 12 years of experience in infrastructure project management.
  • You hold valid PMP certification.
  • You have experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Lean).
  • You are proficient with project management tools and ERP systems.
  • You hold a bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (Master's/MBA preferred).

  • You are skilled in applying project management methodologies to complex infrastructure projects.
  • You are experienced in resource planning, risk management, and financial oversight.
  • You are proficient in project management tools and ERP systems.
