About the job PMO
As a PMO, you will play a key role in supporting project governance, coordination, and reporting across initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and compliance with industry standards. You will bring strong expertise in project lifecycle methodologies, tools, and reporting to enable effective delivery in regulated environments.
What You'll Do and How You'll Succeed
- Oversee project governance and coordination activities to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Support project managers and leadership with reporting, documentation, and tracking.
- Monitor project progress and provide insights through dashboards and executive presentations.
- Ensure adherence to project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- Collaborate with stakeholders across banking and financial services to align project objectives.
- Maintain and optimise PM tools usage (Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, ServiceNow).
- Provide advanced reporting and analysis using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ensure compliance with governance, risk, and regulatory requirements.

Experience
- You have 5–10 years of experience in PMO, project management, or program coordination.
- You hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related discipline.
- You have experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or other regulated industries.
Technical Expertise
- You are proficient in PM tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Clarity, or ServiceNow.
- You are skilled in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and executive presentations.
- You have strong knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
- You are familiar with governance, risk, and compliance requirements in banking environments.
