Key responsibility

Corporate Brands

  1. Set THAI GROUP and subsidiaries overall direction for the companys brand strategy.
  2. Develop and implement corporate branding strategies.

  3. Lead brand positioning and identity initiatives.

  4. Ensure the brand strategy aligns with THAI GROUPs vision, mission, and business objectives.
  5. Work closely with other senior executives to align THAI GROUPs branding with BU branding across all channels and touchpoints.
  6. Monitor and analyze brand performance and market trends.

  7. Protect and enhance the companys reputation.

  8. Serve Chairman, CEO, MD as the primary spokesperson for the brand in public and media engagements.

Corporate Communications

  1. Manages the organizations public image and the reputation of the Chairman, CEO and senior executives.
  2. Overseeing media relations and communication strategies to enhance overall reputation.
  3. Oversee corporate communications, including media relations and crisis communication.
  4. External Communications with media.

Marketing Communication

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive THAI GROUP and subsidiaries marketing communications plan aligned with the overall business goals. This plan covers areas like brand awareness, market penetration, and stakeholder engagement.
  2. Oversee the development and maintenance of the brand identity, ensuring a strong and consistent image across all communication channels.
  3. Craft compelling brand narratives and messaging that resonate with target audiences and effectively communicate the brands value proposition.
  4. Lead the development and execution of marketing communication activities across various channels and BU.

External Affairs

  1. Oversees relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and industry partners, to advance the organizations interests.
  2. Manage external affairs and stakeholder relationships.

CSR

  1. Developing and implementing CSR Strategy / CSR Activities including sponsorship.
  2. Integrate CSR initiatives into the overall brand strategy Communicate the companys social and environmental commitments.

Team Leadership

  1. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of corporate branding, corporate communications, external affairs, CSR.
  2. Foster an inclusive and collaborative work environment that encourages creativity and excellence.
  3. Manage department budget and resources.

Other duties as assigned
Performs other duties as assigned to support the CEO, Vice chairman and the organizations objectives.
