Senior Accounting Report & Analysis

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accounting Report & Analysis to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis, with a proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reports and insights. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the company and its subsidiaries - Conduct variance analysis and provide insights on financial performance to senior management - Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and drive business growth - Lead and mentor a team of junior accountants in day-to-day operations and professional development - Assist in the preparation of year-end audit schedules and liaise with external auditors - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - CPA or equivalent certification preferred - Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and analysis, preferably in a multinational company or Big 4 accounting firm - Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling - Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
