Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an Automation Engineer Manager with a strong background in team leadership and technical expertise to drive our Digital Workflow & Automation initiatives. In this role, you will lead and manage a team of Developers and Engineers, design and implement automation solutions, and ensure projects are delivered successfully to meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define strategies for Automation / Digital Workflow aligned with business goals
• Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of RPA Developers, Workflow Specialists, and Software Engineers
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and coach team members to achieve excellence
• Design, implement, and manage RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, etc.) and workflow automation solutions
• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery
• Troubleshoot automation systems, provide solutions, and continuously improve performance
• Ensure quality assurance and testing of automation systems to guarantee accuracy and efficiency

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in Automation / RPA / Workflow Solutions
• 35 years of proven experience in managing and leading development teams
• Strong programming skills (Python, C, C++, Node.js, .NET)
• Hands-on experience with Workflow Tools (Filenet ECM, ITSM Workflow, Power Automate)
• Solid understanding of Business Process Analysis (BPA), Agile/DevOps methodologies
• Excellent skills in Leadership, People Management, Project Management, and Problem-Solving
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
