Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Transformation Initiatives: Drive end-to-end project management for transformation initiatives, from initial planning to execution and post-implementation reviews.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with senior leadership, department heads, and cross-functional teams to align project objectives with organizational goals.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, assess, and prioritize initiatives that align with the company long-term strategy.
- Change Management: Develop and execute change management strategies to support project adoption and minimize disruption across the organization.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making, track project progress, and report on key performance metrics.
- Resource Allocation: Identify and allocate resources, including team members, budgets, and tools, required to meet project timelines and objectives.
- Risk Management: Anticipate potential obstacles, conduct risk assessments, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Continuous Improvement: Advocate for a culture of continuous improvement, promoting best practices, lessons learned, and knowledge sharing.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field; MBA or relevant masters degree preferred.
- Experience: 7+ years in project management, with at least 3-5 years in business transformation or process improvement roles.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of business processes, operational efficiency, and change management.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and financial modeling.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
