Job Description:

  • Mergers and Acquisitions: Identify and evaluate potential mergers and acquisitions. Lead negotiations and integration processes to drive business growth.
  • Capital Structure Optimization: Analyze and optimize the company's capital structure to support strategic initiatives and manage financial risks.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) regulations related to board and company secretary matters.
  • Legal Advisory: Provide legal advice to the CEO on contracts, disputes, and compliance issues.
  • Financial Structuring: Oversee financial structuring and tax planning to maximize profitability and ensure adherence to tax laws.
  • Investment Opportunities: Identify and assess investment opportunities to enhance company growth and shareholder value.
  • Business Projects: Lead the development and execution of new business projects from concept to launch to drive innovation and expansion.
  • Proposal Evaluation: Gather and evaluate proposals from investment banks to support strategic financial decisions and transactions.
  • Presentation Creation: Prepare presentations for the CEO, summarizing key information and strategic insights for decision-making.
  • Strategic Recommendations: Provide insights and recommendations on various business issues faced by the CEO to support informed decision-making.
  • Organizational Structure: Suggest optimal organizational structures for the group of companies to enhance efficiency, governance, and strategic alignment.
  • Meeting Participation: Attend and contribute to meetings as designated by the CEO or senior management, offering expertise on business development matters.
  • Issue Monitoring: Assist the CEO in monitoring and addressing assigned issues to ensure timely progress and resolution.
  • Reporting: Collaborate with departments to compile and submit accurate and timely reports as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, MBA, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, project finance advisory, financial project management, business analysis, forecasting, or financial feasibility studies.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, M&A, project finance, due diligence, and project feasibility.
  • Strategic thinker, self-motivated, and effective team player.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Results-oriented, organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adapt to change.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and excellent command of English.
