Strategic Partnerships & Business Development:

  • Develop and execute the affinity strategy for automotive-related non-life insurance products (motor insurance, extended warranty, road assistance, etc.).
  • Identify and establish strategic alliances with OEMs, auto dealers, financial institutions, and digital platforms to drive insurance penetration.
  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements to enhance distribution and customer engagement.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to identify new growth opportunities.

Affinity Program & Product Management:

  • Work with product development teams to design customized insurance solutions for affinity partners.
  • Collaborate with underwriting teams to optimize pricing and risk management for affinity programs.
  • Ensure seamless integration of insurance products into automotive sales and service ecosystems.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

  • Drive revenue growth by expanding the affinity portfolio and increasing policy sales through partnership channels.
  • Develop and monitor KPIs to assess the performance of affinity programs and optimize strategies accordingly.
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing affinity relationships.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to design co-branded campaigns and partner-driven promotions.

Operations, Compliance & Risk Management:

  • Ensure smooth execution of affinity insurance programs, from onboarding to claims servicing.
  • Work with legal, compliance, and risk teams to adhere to regulatory requirements and mitigate potential risks.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure partners and distribution channels maintain high service standards and comply with contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in non-life insurance, affinity partnerships, or automotive insurance sales.
  • Proven track record in developing and managing affinity relationships with automotive manufacturers, dealerships, or financial institutions.
  • Strong knowledge of motor insurance, extended warranty, and value-added insurance products in the automotive sector.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities to drive data-driven decision-making.
