Job Purpose:
We are seeking an experienced HRIS System Administrator to oversee and manage our HRIS system. This role involves configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the system, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and security. The ideal candidate will also manage employee data and support data-driven decision-making through comprehensive HR reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the HRIS system, ensuring optimal functionality and data security.
- Manage employee data, including new hires, terminations, promotions, transfers, and other personnel changes.
- Generate and analyze HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within HR functions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to recommend and implement system enhancements.
- Coordinate and support the annual performance evaluation process.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards related to data privacy, PDPA, security, and accessibility.
- Work with vendors to manage service agreements, system upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Participate in the evaluation and selection of new HR technology solutions in coordination with HR and IT teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HRIS administration or a similar role with 3-5 years of working experience.
- Familiarity with HR regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficient in HRIS systems, preferably with experience in Humatrix7
- Experience with Humatrix7 is an advantage
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SQL Server, and Visio.
- Strong data analytics skills.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of digital literacy.
