About the job Accounting Manager_Life Insurance

  • Close the monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, including adjustments related to IFRS 17 accounting standards, and collaborate with the IT and Actuary departments to manage accounting data in accordance with IFRS 17 requirements.
  • Prepare data or supporting details for audits for the auditors, the Office of Insurance Commission (OIC), or other internal departments.
  • Prepare the company's financial position report (XML IFRS 17) or other reports related to IFRS 17 for submission to the OIC.
  • Prepare taxes in accordance with the Revenue Department's guidelines for IFRS 17.

Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of IFRS 17 accounting standards.
  • Knowledge of database management, data reconciliation, and data mapping between the Core System and the accounting system.
  • Understanding of the life insurance business.
  • Having worked as an auditor for 3-4 years.
