Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends

- Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate the performance of existing and potential business ventures

- Collaborate with various departments to gather and analyze data, and present findings to senior management

- Monitor industry and economic trends to identify potential risks and opportunities for the company

- Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and partners

- Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on data analysis and market insights

- Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals

Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in a managerial position

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management

- Proven experience in developing financial models and conducting market research

- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business analysis

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team

- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques

- Fluency in English and Thai language

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
