About the job HRBP Manager
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers for the key business units and internal clients
- Operate as an internal business consultant
- Support key business units/internal clients in aligning business and people strategies, directions and objectives
- Proactively support the delivery of HR Processes at the clients side
- Manage related HR Projects for the key business units/ internal clients
- Build a strong business relationship with the business units/internal clients as well as employees
- Actively identify gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
- Facilitate the management team to bring best solutions for employees
- Implement and maintain recruitment activities to ensure that the recruitment standards are maintained at the highest practicable level and that recruitment processes are delivered professionally.
- Manage manpower plan and manpower requisition and establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for the organization.
- Creates and executes a strategy for talent acquisition and determines best recruiting and selection models in consultation.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Thai nationality only.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in Human Resources Management, with a strong focus on full-cycle recruitment.
- Proven experience in the finance, banking, or related industries.
- Familiarity with HR practices in businesses specializing in car rental, lending, or used car sales is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations, with the ability to handle disciplinary actions and resolve grievances efficiently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Good command of English (speaking, writing and reading).
- Be positive with Can Do attitude.
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize those tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in an environment that is dynamic fast paced, constantly changing.
- Able to work under limited resources and high pressure.
