We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager Front-End Solutions to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of digital projects focused on enhancing customer experience. This role is responsible for delivering customer-facing platforms such as websites, mobile apps, and online self-service tools in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital project management, understands front-end technologies, and has experience working in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for front-end digital initiatives (e.g., customer portals, e-application systems, online booking)
  • Collaborate with product owners, UI/UX designers, developers, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable plans
  • Define project scope, timeline, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Ensure seamless integration between front-end systems and back-end platforms (e.g., core systems, CRM, APIs)
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery
  • Monitor project performance and report progress to senior management
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in digital project management, preferably in financial services, insurance, or automotive industries
  • Proven track record in managing customer-facing technology projects
  • Strong understanding of front-end development, UX/UI principles, and API integration
  • Experience working with Agile/Scrum or hybrid project methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Fluency in Thai and English is preferred
