Job Overview:
As the Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent within the organization. You will play a crucial role in shaping our company culture and driving employee engagement and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement talent development strategies to attract, grow, and retain top talent.
- Partner with leaders to identify talent needs and create development plans for high-potential employees.
- Design and deliver training programs to build key skills and competencies.
- Conduct talent assessments and manage succession planning for critical roles.
- Manage relationships with external training providers and universities.
- Lead performance management processes and coach managers and employees.
- Track and analyze talent metrics to inform improvement recommendations.
- Support HR and business leaders in driving a diverse, inclusive culture.
- Stay current on talent development trends and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years talent development experience with excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
- Proven stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- Experience designing and delivering training programs.
- Strong project management, organizational, and data-analysis skills.
- Good in English and Thai.
