About the job Manager, Strategy and Product Design (Life Insurance)
Responsibilities:
- Learn and support the analysis of market trends, customer needs, and industry insights to help identify new opportunities for life, health, and protection products
- Participate in the design and development of insurance products tailored to different customer segments and distribution channels, with guidance from senior team members
- Work closely with internal teams and external partners (e.g. partners, reinsurers, service providers) to exchange ideas and support product concepts, including value‑added services that enhance customer experience
- Coordinate and support market surveys and customer research to gather insights for product development
- Collaborate with Product Implementation and Go‑to‑Market teams to assist in preliminary assessment of costs, resources, and overall product feasibility
- Prepare supporting materials such as product concepts, basic analysis, and feasibility information for internal review and approval
- Support project tracking and coordination to ensure product development and launch activities stay on schedule
- Gain hands‑on experience managing multiple tasks and working with cross‑functional teams across the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Strategy, Insurance, Health Solutions, or Financial Services
- Experience related to life, health, or protection insurance products is a plus
- Interest in market analysis, customer insights, and product development, with a willingness to learn and grow
- Basic understanding of insurance products, or strong motivation to learn about product structure, pricing concepts, underwriting, and regulatory requirements
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment
- Able to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and take ownership of assigned work
- Creative, curious, open to new ideas, and interested in building a career in product development and strategy
