We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Corporate Clients Business to lead our Corporate Lending Division. This role is responsible for driving the growth of corporate lending, developing innovative product strategies, managing portfolio risk, and leading a high-performing team.

You will own the P&L of the corporate lending business, oversee both Client Lending (relationship management and sales) and Lending Structuring (credit structuring, portfolio management, and risk alignment), while ensuring strong business performance and sustainable growth in the non-bank financial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy

    • Define and execute corporate lending strategy, ensuring growth and profitability.
    • Lead and inspire a cross-functional team (Sales, Structuring, Risk, Operations, Digital).
    • Report directly to top management and act as a key driver for business expansion.
  • Clients Lending (Frontline)

    • Drive customer acquisition and relationship management with corporate clients.
    • Increase utilization of lending products such as Factoring, Hire Purchase, Revolving Credit, and Project Lending.
    • Identify cross-selling opportunities to maximize portfolio revenue.
    • Monitor and maintain portfolio quality (NPL, KRI).
  • Lending Structuring (Backbone)

    • Design credit structures and develop tailored solutions for corporate clients.
    • Oversee credit proposals, approval flows, and risk alignment with internal policies.
    • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and IT to enhance process efficiency.
    • Utilize data & analytics to identify opportunities and manage portfolio performance.
  • Product Ownership

    • Lead the development and enhancement of corporate lending products.
    • Shape customer journeys and go-to-market strategies to capture new segments.
    • Ensure competitive and innovative product positioning in the non-bank lending market.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of experience in Corporate Lending / Corporate Banking / Structured Finance.
  • Proven leadership in managing P&L, large teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong background in credit risk, portfolio management, and product development.
  • Strategic thinker with ability to translate business vision into execution.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with high engagement focus.
