Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and own the enterprise Transformation Strategy & Roadmap, ensuring alignment with long-term business ambitions.
- Lead strategic planning across business units, covering operating model redesign, digital enablement, and organizational modernization.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to senior executives, providing insights and direction for transformation priorities.
Transformation Governance
- Oversee enterprise transformation governance, including portfolio management, prioritization, and cross-business alignment.
- Establish standardized transformation frameworks, delivery models, and performance metrics across the organization.
Execution of Major Transformation Programs
- Lead execution of enterprise programs such as digital lending modernization, intelligent decisioning, credit risk transformation, collections enhancement, automation, and customer experience transformation.
- Ensure delivery of measurable business outcomes, including improved efficiency, reduced turnaround time, enhanced risk performance, and customer experience uplift.
Change Leadership
- Champion organization-wide Change Management, enabling adoption of new processes, roles, and digital capabilities.
- Promote a culture of operational excellence and continuous improvement across all business units.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Partner with C-level executives, BU Heads, and cross-functional teams to align strategies, remove roadblocks, and accelerate transformation momentum.
- Represent transformation progress, insights, and business impact at executive forums and strategic committees.
Qualifications & Experience
Required
- 18+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Enterprise Consulting, Strategic Program Management, or related leadership roles.
- Proven track record leading enterprise transformation programs within banking, insurance, fintech, lending, decisioning, or credit risk domains.
- Experience as Program Director / Transformation Director / Head of Consulting / Senior Engagement Leader.
- Strong expertise in business process redesign, digital capability uplift, and data-driven or technology-enabled transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with C-level stakeholders.
- Executive-level communication and strategic problem-solving skills.
Preferred
- Experience delivering digital lending platforms, decisioning engines, risk transformation, collections modernization, or enterprise automation.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or equivalent.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Business, Technology Management, Engineering, or a related field.
