Job Purpose

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to oversee the companys end-to-end claims function across both Motor and Non-Motor lines (including Fire, Marine, Property, Liability, Health, and Specialty Lines). This role is mission-critical in shaping the companys claims strategy, ensuring operational excellence, driving transformation, and maintaining fairness and transparency for customers and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Provide strategic direction and oversight of the entire Claims Division.
  • Develop and implement long-term claims strategies that align with the companys objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the company in regulatory forums, industry associations, and key negotiations with external stakeholders.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure all claims are handled fairly, transparently, and efficiently in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs to continuously improve turnaround time, quality, and cost control.
  • Oversee complex and high-value claims, including policy interpretation, legal reviews, and dispute resolution.

Digital Transformation & Innovation

  • Drive modernization of claims operations through automation, analytics, and innovative technologies.
  • Promote data-driven decision-making and enhance fraud detection processes.

Risk & Compliance

  • Proactively manage fraud risk, ensuring robust investigation and prevention systems.
  • Guarantee full compliance with OIC regulations, insurance law, and corporate governance standards.

Leadership & People Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing claims organization with a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous learning.
  • Mentor senior leaders and foster cross-functional collaboration with Underwriting, Legal, Finance, and Actuarial teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Law, Business Administration, Insurance, Finance, or related fields.
  • Minimum 20 years of progressive experience in claims management, with proven expertise in both Motor and Non-Motor lines.
  • Extensive leadership experience managing large teams and complex claims portfolios.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance regulations, litigation processes, reinsurance, and adjudication practices.
  • Visionary leadership and proven ability to drive transformation and change management.
  • High integrity, strategic mindset, and customer-centric orientation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken).
