Full-Time | 7-On / 7-Off Nights
Monthly Pay: $9,036 to $11,341/month , Based on 36 hrs/week 
Differentials: Nights +$7.50/hr | Weekends +$3/hr
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000

Position Overview

A healthcare organization serving the Live Oak region is seeking an Advanced Clinical Pharmacist to provide overnight clinical and operational pharmacy support within an acute-care setting. This role supports critical-care and inpatient populations, requiring strong clinical judgment, sterile compounding competency, and the ability to work independently during night rotations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and verify medication orders, ensuring accuracy and clinical appropriateness

  • Adjust dosing based on protocols, renal function, and patient-specific variables

  • Prepare sterile IV admixtures in accordance with USP <797> standards

  • Provide drug information and clinical support to medical and nursing teams

  • Manage controlled substance documentation, storage, and reconciliation

  • Support medication distribution workflows and automation systems

  • Participate in medication-use evaluations, monograph development, and clinical pathways

  • Maintain high standards of safety, compliance, and patient-centered care

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an ACPE-accredited School of Pharmacy (BS Pharmacy or PharmD)

  • Active Florida Pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain

  • Strong critical-thinking skills with the ability to function independently on overnight shifts

  • Hospital pharmacy or clinical residency preferred

  • Board certification a plus
