Overview

A hospital system in the Coral Springs region is seeking an RN Director of Cardiovascular Services to lead the cardiovascular service line across Cath Lab, EP Lab, and Pre/Post Holding units.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical operations and unit workflows.

• Maintain accreditation and regulatory standards.

• Lead staffing, training, and team engagement.

• Support strategic growth and service expansion.

• Manage budgets and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Active FL or Compact RN license

• BSN required; BLS/ACLS

• 3+ years Cath Lab/EP experience

• 2+ years cardiovascular leadership

• Neuro & IR experience
