Position Summary

Were hiring an experienced Home Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver IVIG therapy in the Fort Worth, Texas area.
This part-time opportunity offers flexibility, independence, and the satisfaction of providing safe, one-on-one care in a comfortable home environment.

The RN will administer monthly IVIG infusions and coordinate care with a dedicated clinical and pharmacy support team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Prepare, start, and administer IVIG and other specialty infusions in accordance with prescriber orders.

• Assess patient readiness, monitor throughout the infusion, and respond to reactions promptly.

• Manage peripheral and central IV access, including PICCs and ports.

• Provide detailed patient and caregiver education on infusion procedures and post-care guidelines.

• Complete documentation accurately within required timelines.

• Maintain communication with the care coordination and pharmacy team to ensure continuity of care.

Qualifications

Required:

• Current RN license in the State of Texas (Compact License accepted)

• At least one year of recent IV infusion or hospital-based nursing experience

• Skilled in IV placement and infusion pump operation

• Current BLS certification

• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

Preferred:

• Experience in home infusion or specialty biologic infusions

• CRNI® or infusion nursing certification

Pay & Scheduling

• Hourly Pay: $40.00 to $45.00 based on experience

• Mileage Reimbursement: Included for all travel to patient visits
