Full-Time | Days or Nights | 12-Hour Shifts, Rotating Weekends
Pay Range: $30.76 to $41.50/hour (based on experience)
Differentials: Nights +$4.75/hr | Weekends +$3.00/hr | National Certification +$2.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 (paid in installments)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (with approval)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional bedside care to medical-surgical and orthopedic patients.

  • Monitor, assess, and record patient conditions and vital signs.

  • Administer medications, wound care, and post-operative treatments.

  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize care plans.

  • Educate patients and families on recovery and discharge instructions.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety and quality standards.

  • Support hospital initiatives focused on continuous improvement and outcomes.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)

  • Current RN license in Florida or Compact State

  • Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)

  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience (acute care, LTACH, rehab, or home health accepted)

  • Orthopedic experience required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent physical activity

Preferred:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire)
