Full-Time | Days or Nights | 12-Hour Shifts, Rotating Weekends
Pay Range: $30.76 to $41.50/hour (based on experience)
Differentials: Nights +$4.75/hr | Weekends +$3.00/hr | National Certification +$2.00/hr
Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000 (paid in installments)
Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 (with approval)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients.

  • Monitor, interpret, and document cardiac rhythms and vital signs accurately.

  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and interventions.

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans.

  • Provide patient education and support to promote optimal recovery.

  • Utilize critical thinking and sound clinical judgment in a fast-paced setting.

  • Maintain safety, infection control, and compliance with all hospital policies.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)

  • Current RN license in Florida or Compact State

  • Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)

  • Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience

  • Previous cardiac experience required

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform frequent standing, bending, and patient mobility tasks

Preferred:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire)
