Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift; promptly report changes in status.

• Administer medications, monitor therapeutic responses, and take action for adverse effects.

• Perform procedures and clinical tasks as ordered by medical providers, documenting care accurately.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care.

• Advocate for patient needs and ensure a positive care experience.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications

Required

• Registered Nurse (RN) with current Florida license or multistate compact license.

• Minimum 1 year of acute care RN experience (hospital, LTACH, home health, or rehab considered).

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or higher.

• Onsite work mandatory.

Preferred

• Experience in Med-Surg, telemetry, or oncology care.

• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills.

• National nursing certification (eligible for differential).

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay: $30.76-$41.50/hr, with applicable shift and certification differentials.
