Overview
Join a growing laboratory team as a Medical Technologist performing advanced clinical testing in Hematology, Chemistry, Blood Bank, Microbiology, and more. Responsibilities

Conduct microscopic, immunologic, bacteriologic, hematologic, and chemical analyses.

Receive, process, and store laboratory specimens accurately.

Troubleshoot and resolve instrumentation issues; document corrective actions.

Perform and log quality control procedures; follow corrective protocols.

Train new employees and students in lab procedures.

Participate actively in phlebotomy and specimen accessioning.
Qualifications
Required
-
FL State Medical Technologist license (or in-process application).

Bachelors Degree in Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Sciences, or related field.

Registry as a Medical Technologist / Medical Laboratory Scientist (ASCP or equivalent).

Authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred

Prior experience as a Medical Technologist or clinical laboratory experience.

ASCP certification or equivalent.

Experience in complex specimen processing or laboratory clinical rotations.
Compensation & Benefits

Competitive hourly rates: $28.65-$29.89 (12 years exp), $31.12-$32.36 (5-6 years exp), $33.59-$36.95 (10+ years exp)
