Overview

We are seeking a skilled Med-Surg Oncology RN to provide exceptional care to adult patients in a patient-centered, collaborative environment. Responsibilities

• Collect comprehensive patient data to guide individualized care plans.

• Perform clinical assessments and manage treatment autonomously.

• Advocate for patients as part of the interdisciplinary team.

• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care needs.

• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans and monitor outcomes.

• Educate patients and families on medications, procedures, and treatment plans.

• Ensure patient safety and effective use of time, equipment, and supplies.

• Collaborate with colleagues to provide high-quality, efficient care.

Qualifications

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care RN experience.

• Florida RN license or approved multistate compact license (must obtain Florida license within 60 days if compact).

• Current BLS certification.

Preferred:

• ACLS certification (required within 6 months of hire).

• BSN degree.

• Experience in oncology or medical-surgical nursing.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $27.72 to $39.60 (based on years of experience).

• Shift Differentials:

  • Nights: +$3/hr

  • Weekends: +$2/hr

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) / $15,000 (Nights)
