Overview

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy interventions

  • Assess therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status

  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized care plans in coordination with physicians and care teams

  • Provide skilled therapy to produce measurable improvements in patient function

  • Instruct patients, families, and caregivers in therapeutic exercises, appliances, and home care strategies

  • Prioritize caseloads and coordinate daily assignments and handoffs

  • Maintain compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards of practice

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy

  • State Licensed Physical Therapist

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire

  • Open to new graduates; experience not required

Preferred:

  • Clinical experience in acute care, inpatient rehab, or outpatient settings

  • Strong communication and patient education skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $35.77-$49.18 based on experience
