Responsibilities

  • Perform accurate X-rays following provider orders and radiation safety guidelines (ALARA).

  • Prepare, position, and room patients; obtain vital signs and patient history.

  • Transmit images for radiologist review and ensure proper documentation.

  • Assist patients and staff with mobility, exam preparation, and specimen collection.

  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate supply levels.

  • Transport patients safely within the facility as needed.

Qualifications

Required

  • Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Technology.

  • ARRT certification and Florida state licensure.

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire.

  • Ability to perform patient imaging and assist in patient care safely and accurately.

Preferred

  • Previous radiology experience in hospital or clinical settings.

  • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and patient care skills.

  • Familiarity with imaging software and equipment maintenance.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $24.93-$36.15, with shift differentials: Nights $3.25/hr, Weekends $2/hr, Evenings $2/hr, Holidays Time & 1/2.
