Pay: $47.30  to $65.20/hour | Annual: $98K to $135K

Overview

Seeking an experienced RN Manager to oversee a Level III Trauma Program in Southern New Hampshire. This position directs daily operations, quality, and compliance for trauma services while collaborating with emergency, surgical, and administrative teams to ensure excellence in patient outcomes and readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate trauma system operations

• Ensure ACS and state trauma program compliance

• Manage registry data, case reviews, and quality metrics

• Serve as liaison with EMS, fire, and police departments

• Oversee trauma readiness, training, and policy updates

• Support the Trauma Medical Director in all program initiatives

Requirements

• BSN required; NH or Compact RN license

• 3+ years of recent trauma or emergency care experience

• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required

• CEN certification preferred

• Leadership or program coordination experience preferred
