Overview
Join a dedicated cardiac care team as a Med-Surg RN providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment. Responsibilities

  • Assess patient conditions at admission and throughout each shift

  • Administer medications and treatments per provider orders and monitor therapeutic responses

  • Document patient care accurately and timely in medical records

  • Collaborate with physicians and care teams to implement individualized care plans

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on medical conditions, treatments, medications, and follow-up care

  • Respond promptly to patient needs and proactively anticipate potential issues

  • Advocate for patients and families to ensure safe, high-quality care

Qualifications

Required:

  • Florida RN license or multistate RN license (compact license holders must obtain FL RN within 60 days)

  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of hire

  • Acute care RN experience within the last 35 years

  • Associate Degree or Nursing Diploma

Preferred:

  • Experience in cardiac or medical-surgical units

  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $27.72-$39.60 based on experience

  • Night shift differential: $4/hr

  • Sign-On Bonus: $10k Days / $15k Nights
