Differentials: Nights +$4.25/hr | Weekends +$3/hr

Role Overview

A Lake City area hospital is seeking a Renal Vascular RN to join a high-volume medical-surgical service that manages renal failure, vascular disorders, chronic complex conditions, and post-procedural recovery. This environment demands strong assessment skills, time management, and comfort working with higher patient volumes within a structured 12-hour shift model.

What You will Do

• Monitor patient conditions and identify early changes in status

• Administer medications and execute provider-directed care plans

• Document assessments, interventions, and progress accurately

• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams

• Provide patient and family education related to treatment and follow-up

• Support safe workflows, efficient care delivery, and unit-wide standards

What You Need

• Active Florida or Compact RN license

• Minimum 1 year of RN experience
  (LTAC, rehab, SNF, or corrections experience accepted)

• ADN or Diploma required; BSN preferred

• BLS required; NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days
